Women with newly diagnosed or recurrent ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer, particularly high-grade serous ovarian cancer. Patients with breast cancer, especially those with HER2-negative or triple-negative breast cancer, when HRD testing may influence treatment selection. Patients with metastatic or advanced prostate cancer who are being evaluated for targeted therapies. Patients with pancreatic cancer when HRD status may help determine eligibility for PARP inhibitor therapy. Individuals with a known or suspected BRCA1/BRCA2 mutation or other inherited DNA repair gene mutations, as recommended by their oncologist. Cancer patients being considered for PARP inhibitor therapy or platinum-based chemotherapy, where HRD status can help predict treatment response. Patients whose oncologist recommends comprehensive genomic profiling to support personalized cancer treatment planning.
